Lenexa, Kan. — Copaken Brooks is excited to welcome Topcoat Nail Bar to The District at Lenexa City Center (CCL). Topcoat’s new space, occupying a total of 2,000 square feet, is located on the south side of City Center Drive.

Topcoat, which provides a full suite of nail and waxing services, selected its new space in The District with the hope of expanding its business in a bustling city center.

“We couldn’t be more excited to be a part of the Lenexa City Center community,” said Topcoat owner Tammy Nguyen. “Our new location on City Center Drive has allowed us to be easily accessible to our amazing customers as well as to explore great new business opportunities.”

Erin Johnston, Vice President of Retail Leasing at Copaken Brooks, represented The District in the deal.

As a mixed-use development, Lenexa City Center offers walkable amenities to its tenants that include a coworking space, the Public Market and the Lenexa Public Library.

When fully developed, Lenexa City Center will consist of more than 2 million square feet, including civic components for the City of Lenexa, nearly 1 million square feet of office and retail, and 375 residential units.
