Marketing & Brokerage Support

This position will be primarily responsible for providing marketing and sales support to the brokerage team in our downtown Kansas City office. Marketing and sales support will primarily comprise of: conducting various market research and preparing associated work products, developing and scheduling tour itineraries, developing marketing/sales collateral, developing/managing targeted email marketing campaigns, and generating various types of information and reports.

IT Manager

This position will be responsible for leading and managing all enterprise IT systems for Copaken Brooks. Primary responsibilities include: maintaining operations of all production hardware, software and networking systems for the enterprise, identifying and integrating new enabling technologies to support the business strategy and drive competitive advantage, and maintaining technology vendor relationships. Construction Manager

As we continue to grow, we are seeking Construction Manager. The position will be responsible for tenant improvement and capital expense project management of assigned projects. Bid, contract and oversee construction work for projects with total cost ranging from $10,000 to $5,000,000. They will be responsible for preparing budgets to be used by Leasing Agents and Property Managers for tenant improvement projects and major capital improvement projects.

We are currently seeking an experienced Security Console Operator with commercial high-rise office building experience located in Kansas City, Missouri. This position is the main receiving point for emergency and non-emergency notifications and information. The Security Console Operator is responsible for monitoring life safety and security systems for multiple properties, garages and parking lots while simultaneously responding to contractors, dispatching Security Officers, and completing data entry and written reports.

This position will manage the day-to-day activities of Engineering and Maintenance associates that engage in the operation and maintenance of our properties and various third-party property management accounts. In addition, it will ensure efficient building operations, tenant satisfaction, and maximum equipment life for the properties. It is further responsible for the equipment preventative maintenance program, prompt completion of tenant service requests, and to perform various monthly quality inspections. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 1-year experience responding to tenant calls in a commercial environment regarding emergency and maintenance issues. Experience must include prior maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and electronic building control systems. The ideal hire must be able to perform various inspections and follow-up on deficiencies to improve and maintain the physical appearance and mechanical integrity of the property as well as promote positive tenant and customer relations.

Property Manager/Senior Property Manager

We are currently seeking a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager who will effectively manage the daily operations of assigned stand-alone property typically consisting of: office administration, custodial, maintenance and security.

We are currently seeking a Condominium Property Manager who will effectively manage the daily operations of an assigned stand-alone condominium community consisting of: office administration, custodial, maintenance and security.

Building Engineer Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Building Engineering Supervisor with commercial highrise office building experience for our office buildings in the Kansas City metropolitan area. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience responding to tenant calls in the maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, fire sprinkler and both pneumatic and electronic building control systems. In addition, qualified candidates must have working knowledge of pumps, commercial air handling units and systems and chiller plant equipment. This position includes supervisory responsibility for the daily activities of 5-6 maintenance and building engineers.

Maintenance Engineer

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Engineer with commercial high-rise office building experience to maintain the appearance and mechanical requirements of assigned facilities to ensure tenant satisfaction. This position will respond to tenant calls in a commercial environment regarding emergency and maintenance issues such as alarms, power outages, temperature problems, plumbing fixtures and door issues , changing lights/ballasts/breakers, minor drywall repair, painting, flooring and ceiling repairs. This position will be on-call for emergency situations.

HVAC Maintenance Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Engineer with commercial high-rise office building experience located in Kansas City, Missouri. The HVAC Maintenance Engineer will perform various inspections and follow up on deficiencies to improve and maintain the physical appearance and mechanical integrity of the property, while promoting positive tenant and customer relations.

Lead Concierge/Security

We are currently seeking an Lead Concierge/Security to support the safety management and quality service associated with Apartment living. This position will be located at the One Park Place Condominiums, and will be responsible to perform a variety of administrative support duties; provides assistance, information and security assistance for residents and guests; observes, reports, and responds to incidents affecting public safety, personal property, and building facilities; and this role will also act as liaison between residents and property management and must maintain an in-depth knowledge of building processes and operations.

Concierge/Security

We are currently seeking a full-time and part-time Concierge to serve as the property ambassador and primary point of contact. This position observes, reports, and responds to incidents affecting public safety, personal property, and building facilities. It exists to ensure the safety and satisfaction of residents and guests in a professional, knowledgeable and friendly manner. It also acts as liaison between residents and property management and must maintain an in-depth knowledge of building processes and operations.

Concierge/Security

We are currently seeking a full-time Concierge/Security Officer to serve as the property ambassador and primary point of contact at One Park Place located in Kansas City, MO.

Security Officer

This position will, according to company policy, observe, report and respond to incidents affecting public safety, personal property, customer service and building facilities- safeguarding customers, merchants and center property. This position will also provide general customer assistance.
