KC-based litigation firm moves to newly renovated office space
(Kansas City, Mo.) Kennyhertz Perry, a Kansas City-based business and litigation law firm, has signed a five-year office lease on a 4,964-square-foot space at 2000 Shawnee Mission Parkway in Mission Woods, Kan. Represented by Copaken Brooks, the firm moved from its previous location at 420 Nichols Road in Kansas City, Mo.
The office is located inside “The Barney Building,” which is owned by Karbank and was built in 1968. A recent renovation completed by Karbank included upgrades to bring the building up to LEED GOLD certification standards.
“This new space has incredible visibility and is located in one of the best spots in northern Johnson County,” said John D. Coe, SIOR, CCIM, senior vice president of brokerage for Copaken Brooks, who represented Kennyhertz Perry on the deal. “The recent expansions and renovation of the building made this an extremely attractive choice for this growing law firm.”
Founded by two veteran Kansas City attorneys, John Kennyhertz and Braden Perry, Kennyhertz Perry represents clients in various industries and specializes in startup law, government enforcement, transactional law, business litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory and compliance.
