(LAWRENCE, Kan.) — Copaken Brooks’ John Coe is excited to announce the recent sale of 20 acres of land to Lawrence Memorial Hospital for the development of a new innovative and state-of-the-art outpatient medical center. The new 200,000 SF addition will be on land located at the northeast corner of Sixth Street and South Lawrence Trafficway interchange in Lawrence, Kan.
