(Kansas City, Mo.) Copaken Brooks is excited to announce that Knight Nicastro, a full-service litigation firm, will be moving to a larger office this January after nearly doubling in size. The new office includes 7,950 square feet and located in the library district of downtown Kansas City at 304 W. 10th Street.

With offices in Missouri, Colorado and Montana, Knight Nicastro represents clients through all the phases of litigation, primarily in the insurance, real estate and transportation industries.

Copaken Brooks helped the firm move into its current space at 519 Southwest Boulevard June 1st of 2017, so when growth necessitated a larger space, the firm enlisted Copaken Brooks’ help once more. Their new location was recently renovated to include technological enhancements through a modern design while keeping the original characteristics of the building.

“We enjoyed working with Knight Nicastro last year, and we’re excited to see their rapid expansion,” said Molly Crawford Munninghoff, Sales and Leasing Associate with Copaken Brooks. “We know downtown is the best place for them to be — this new office gives them even greater visibility and plenty of room to grow.”

The firm signed a seven-year lease with KRAM Holdings, the landlord of the property.
