Carol Nastave has been with Copaken Brooks for 38 years, bringing decades of experience, institutional knowledge, and a deep understanding of property operations to her role as Assistant Property Manager for the Skyline Collection.

Carol supports the management and daily operations of the Skyline Collection, a portfolio of three Class A office buildings, two parking garages, and a surface parking lot totaling more than 1.3 million square feet. Working closely with the Senior Property Manager, she is involved in tenant relations, lease administration, property maintenance, budgeting and financial management, vendor coordination, property inspections, work orders, billing, and day to day building operations. She also works closely with tenants, contractors, ownership, property accountants, and leasing teams to help maintain strong property performance, responsive service, and positive tenant relationships throughout the portfolio.
