Molly Munninghoff is a senior leader within Copaken Brooks and one of the firm’s most trusted advisors for both landlords and tenants across the Kansas City region. Since joining the firm in 2013, Molly has become a driving force behind the leasing and positioning of some of the market’s most prominent office portfolios, along with flex/industrial space, serving as the leasing agent for nearly all of Copaken Brooks’ office assets. Her portfolio includes high-profile properties such as Plaza Colonnade, Lenexa City Center, the CBDI office/flex industrial portfolio, and Kansas Commerce, among others. Molly serves on the Leadership Committee at Copaken Brooks, a group of leaders driving strategic initiatives through cross-departmental collaboration to continue to move the company forward.
With more than a decade of experience, Molly brings a strategic and data driven approach to leasing, sales, and advisory assignments. She represents both landlords and tenants, providing a highly tailored approach to corporate real estate strategy. Molly is widely recognized as a leader in the Kansas City office market, where she has built her reputation advising on some of the region’s most prominent assets. On the tenant side, she helps organizations evaluate space needs, optimize workplace efficiency, and secure environments that support growth and culture. For landlords, she plays a critical role in leasing strategy, asset positioning, and tenant mix, consistently driving performance across complex and evolving portfolios. She is deeply involved in every phase of a transaction, from market analysis and positioning through negotiations and execution, ensuring her clients benefit from thoughtful guidance and long-term value creation. Throughout her career, Molly has developed a well-rounded set of specialties across multiple asset types, including healthcare real estate. She has experience in medical office leasing, sales, and fair market analysis, and brings a strong understanding of healthcare users, regulatory considerations, and operational requirements.
