BIOGRAPHY
Pam McKechnie is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with decades of property management experience across the Kansas City metro. As Senior Property Manager, Pam oversees one Kansas City’s most premier portfolio’s, the Skyline Collection, totaling more than 1.3 million square feet. Her current responsibilities include managing three Class A buildings—1111 Main, 1201 Walnut, and the historic Harzfeld’s Building—as well as two parking garages and a surface parking lot. The property also includes a modern Fitness Center, fully equipped Conference Center, and an artfully designed lobby that creates the feel of a contemporary museum.
Pam is known for her strategic leadership, operational expertise, and dedication to tenant satisfaction. She develops and implements comprehensive management strategies that ensure efficiency, compliance, and long-term asset value. Her ability to foster strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders has earned her a reputation as a trusted and results-driven leader.
Before joining Copaken Brooks, Pam held senior property management roles with Price Brothers, RH Johnson Company, and MC Realty Group. Over her career, she has successfully managed some of Kansas City’s most iconic buildings and complex properties, consistently delivering operational excellence and high occupancy. DST and Americo Corporate Headquarters, Crossroads Charter Schools, Midwest Transplant Network, 10 Main and Park Plaza are a few of the more prominent buildings.
Pam’s legacy is reflected not only in the landmark properties she has managed but in her commitment to quality, service, and the success of the communities she serves.
