Centralized Supply Chain Services moves headquarters to The District at Lenexa City Center

Lenexa, KS — Copaken Brooks is excited to welcome Centralized Supply Chain Services (CSCS) to The District at Lenexa City Center. CSCS is moving its headquarters from 8140 Ward Parkway to the second and third floors of Penn II, leasing approximately 6,500 square feet in total.

Started in 2009, Centralized Supply Chain Services is a recognized leader in the restaurant supply chain and the exclusive purchasing agent for the Applebee’s and IHOP systems. Headquartered in Kansas City and also officed in Glendale, California, the company provides procurement, inventory, and distribution services for its clients as well as innovative supply chain programs to promote and support their brands. They serve 3,500 restaurants in the U.S. and support a nationwide distribution network.

“Our team chose Lenexa City Center as an ideal location to reinforce our company culture, support our workspace needs, and provide a vibrant environment as part of an exciting mixed-use project,” said Dustin Pittman, CFO of CSCS. “Its combination of restaurant, retail, wellness, and office spaces offer a great setting to collaborate internally as well as host the industry’s leading restaurant operators, suppliers, and distributors.”

As a mixed-use development, Lenexa City Center offers walkable amenities to its tenants that include a coworking space, the Public Market and the Lenexa Public Library.

When fully developed, Lenexa City Center will consist of more than 2 million square feet, including civic components for the City of Lenexa, nearly 1 million square feet of office and retail, and 375 residential units. The District Shops will include a variety of unique stores, restaurants and cafes in the heart of Lenexa’s new downtown.
