Lenexa, Kansas – Copaken Brooks announces two new tenants joining the District at Lenexa City Center: NEAT. Cocktail Bar and The Groom Gallery.

NEAT., a new cocktail bar concept, will open Winter 2025 at Lenexa City Center. The 1,250-square-foot space, formerly home to Savoy Tea, will introduce a refined yet welcoming cocktail experience.  Founded by Bejamin Augustine Davalos, Sam Johnston, Amit Bhakta, and Samir Shura, NEAT. is built on a simple philosophy: restraint, craft, and connection.  The bar will feature a curated menu of house creations and elevated classics, alongside seasonal offerings that emphasize fresh ingredients and thoughtful preparation.  Beyond the drinks, NEAT. highlights hospitality as its foundation. A cross-trained team will host guests with care, presence, and sincerity, creating an environment designed to feel both atmospheric and comfortable – international in influence yet proudly rooted in Lenexa.

Block & Company, Inc., Realtors represented Neat Craft Cocktails in the lease transaction.

The Groom Gallery, a full-service pet grooming concept with six locations throughout the metro, has signed a lease for a 1,312-square-foot space and anticipates opening in Q1 2026. The District location will serve as a relocation of the company’s existing Lenexa site.
