With over 20 years of experience in retail brokerage and leasing, Erin helps drive and sustain Copaken Brooks’ strong retail presence in Kansas City and beyond. In addition to leading the firm’s retail leasing and sales efforts, she is actively involved in development and business development initiatives across the firm.

Since joining Copaken Brooks in 2015, Erin has been responsible for retail leasing and sales, representing both landlords and tenants in a wide range of retail transactions. She brings a strategic, business minded approach to every assignment, focusing on achieving the right outcome for clients in each scenario through thoughtful negotiation, market insight, and long term value creation.

Erin has extensive experience representing landlords and tenants in retail sales and leasing transactions, advisory services, and consulting roles focused on retail and mixed use deelopment. he has been actively involved in projects ranging from ground up development to the repositioning and leasing of existing assets, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the full asset lifecycle. This experience gives Erin a strong owner’s perspective and allows her to advise clients with a balanced and informed approach.

In her business development role, Erin focuses on identifying and advancing new development and owner’s representative opportunities, helping connect clients with the firm’s full range of services. Her involvement often begins in the early stages of a project, from relationship cultivation and site strategy through predevelopment and project execution.

Known for her thoughtful and comprehensive approach, Erin views every project as a unique asset requiring tailored positioning and strategy. She maintains a strong pulse on market activity and is actively engaged in the Kansas City community, allowing her to thoughtfully position properties, connect them with the right users, and maximize value for clients through strong market knowledge and long standing industry relationships.
