BIOGRAPHY
Stephanie serves as Director of Tenant Relations and Community Engagement for Copaken Brooks, where she leads strategies that strengthen tenant relationships, activate properties, and connect assets to the communities they serve. Her role sits at the intersection of property management, leasing, development, and marketing, allowing her to support tenant experience, retention, communication, programming, placemaking, and brand alignment across the firm’s managed portfolio.
Since joining Copaken Brooks in 2017, Stephanie has brought a thoughtful combination of strategic communications, relationship building, operational coordination, and community engagement to the firm. She works closely with tenants, owners, civic partners, community organizations, vendors, and internal teams to create meaningful feedback loops, identify opportunities, and support properties as active and connected places. Her work helps ensure that tenant needs, ownership goals, and community priorities are aligned in ways that support long term value.
Stephanie’s responsibilities include developing tenant engagement strategies, enhancing communication across properties, supporting amenity activation, identifying revenue generating opportunities, and helping create experiences that improve tenant satisfaction and retention. She also supports leasing efforts by helping communicate the value of a property’s amenities, tenant community, and surrounding environment to current and prospective tenants.
Prior to her current role, Stephanie developed and implemented integrated marketing and property strategies for several Copaken Brooks managed assets. Her background includes property marketing, event activation, brand management, media relations, internal communications, tenant outreach, and community programming. Before joining Copaken Brooks, Stephanie founded and operated Edge Wise Sport Supply and previously served in communications and marketing roles with Parris Communications, Copaken, White & Blitt, and the Antioch Center.
Stephanie is a graduate of the University of Central Missouri, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication with a minor in Journalism.
