BIOGRAPHY
Chris Stack joined Copaken Brooks in 2022 and serves as a Property Manager, supporting the facilities and property management operations for the Kiewit Headquarters at Lenexa City Center and the Bluejacket Property. In this role, Chris helps manage a premier commercial portfolio totaling more than 535,000 square feet, with a focus on operational excellence, tenant service, building performance, and long term asset value.
Chris is a trusted resource for the Kiewit and Lenexa City Center ownership groups, bringing a steady, responsive, and solutions oriented approach to the properties he manages. He is closely connected to the daily rhythm of the buildings, ensuring that tenant needs are addressed, vendors and contractors are coordinated, maintenance items are resolved, and the properties continue to operate at a high standard. His attention to detail, clear communication, and ability to anticipate needs help create a seamless experience for tenants, visitors, ownership, and building teams.
Through his role, Chris plays an important part in protecting the quality, efficiency, and reputation of these assets. He understands the importance of managing high profile commercial properties with professionalism, consistency, and care, and he helps ensure that the facilities reflect the expectations of both the ownership groups and the tenants they serve.
Prior to joining Copaken Brooks, Chris built a strong foundation in commercial real estate, property operations, inspections, documentation, and client service. His experience includes supporting commercial property management responsibilities such as tenant relations, service requests, inspections, rent collection, lease administration, contractor coordination, building improvements, preventative maintenance, and CAM and tax reconciliations. He also previously worked in property preservation, mobile loan signing, and underwriting support, giving him a broad operational perspective and a disciplined approach to accuracy, follow through, and problem solving.
