Overland Park, Kan. — The Tax Favored Benefits building, located at 4801 W. 110th St., is currently undergoing renovations with an expected fall completion date.

The 30,167-square-foot space, leased by Copaken Brooks, will receive new exterior windows and new LED lighting throughout the building. Other upgrades include renovations to the common area’s building entrance and bathrooms.

This Class B office building features convenient access to I-435, Roe Avenue, College Avenue and Nall Avenue. The property includes a private suite entrance on the ground level of the one vacancy in the building and has ample parking.

Tax Favored Benefits currently has 5,594 square feet available for lease. The property is leased by Copaken Brooks Senior VP of Brokerage John Coe and VP of Brokerage Molly Crawford Munninghoff.

“The renovations for the Tax Favored Benefits building are an exciting addition to the office building in Leawood,” Munninghoff and Coe said in a joint statement. “After implementing these fresh enhancements within the building, we’re looking forward to sharing the upgraded space with the public this fall.”
