Founded in 2013, Sandlot Goods creates high-quality, hand-crafted Kansas City goods, including leather journals, wallets, belts, bags, coasters and accessories. Inspired by a childhood love of America’s favorite pastime, each Sandlot piece is created with genuine leather and fine fabrics, landing them on the shelves of Kansas City boutiques, such as Made in KC.

“Our company was born and raised in Kansas City, and it was important for us to continue working in the city we love and are inspired by every day,” said Sandlot Goods Owner, Chad Hickman. “The Crossroads was the perfect place to build our bourgeoning business, and we’re thrilled for the growth and possibilities to come at our new location.”

Jeremiah Dean, Vice President of Leasing at Copaken Brooks, represented the property in the deal:

“We’re pleased to welcome local manufacturer Sandlot Goods to 3120 Terrace Street. In addition to providing more space, this unique industrial property will allow them to operate in a central location with improved parking and ease of access,” Dean said. “Local makers and artisans are a huge part of Kansas City’s history and vitality, and we’re proud to house such a distinct brand at this property.”
