Kansas City, Mo. —Bank Midwest, a division of NBH Bank, renews its commitment to Downtown by extending its lease within the Town Pavilion. In addition, Bank Midwest will renovate its space to create an enhanced environment within its corporate office and banking center.

Bank Midwest’s space in Town Pavilion spans over 56,000 square feet across the first, third, 27th and 28th floors of the building. The renovated space will feature new collaboration areas, flex working space, and breakrooms with scenic views and enhanced amenities for Bank Midwest’s associates. Bank Midwest’s first-floor banking center space will be remodeled to further complement Town Pavilion’s recent lobby renovations, which provided art-focused upgrades and expanded retail offerings.

“We’re looking forward to continuing to build relationships in the heart of Kansas City’s business community, as we have since we joined Town Pavilion in 2010,” said Bank Midwest President Nicole Van Denabeele. “Our office renovation will assist us in creating a more flexible work environment that supports our associates’ desire for a healthy balance of in-office collaboration and remote work.
