Shawnee, Kansas — Copaken Brooks is excited to welcome Five Guys to its newest location in the Kansas City metro at 10 Quivira Plaza. The new 2,300 square foot restaurant, located at 11900-B Shawnee Mission Parkway in Shawnee, Kansas, will be the 13^th location for Five Guys in the area, with an anticipated grand opening in June 2024. Erin Johnston, SVP of Retail Brokerage for Copaken Brooks, represented the property owner in the lease negotiations.

Five Guys will be open seven days a week from 11:00am to 10:00pm CST and will employ approximately 45 crew members all hired from the greater Shawnee community. The restaurant will feature plenty of comfortable seating, an outdoor patio, and a welcoming environment for guests to enjoy Five Guys’ famous high-quality burgers, fries, hotdogs, milkshakes.

The new location will join other major retailers like Westlake Hardware, Big Biscuit, Vintage Stock and Price Chopper in the shopping center located on the northwest corner of Shawnee Mission Parkway and Quivira.
