Malcolm joined Copaken Brooks in December 2019 as an Administrative Assistant and received an honorable promotion to Assistant Property Manager within six months. He is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of several retail and office properties alongside Property Manager, Tiffany Harris. Malcolm will be focusing on the Plaza Colonnade Building, SMG Building, Colonial Shops, and Stateline 47.

Prior to joining Copaken Brooks, Malcolm played professional basketball in Europe from 2005-2011 after graduating from Alabama State University. Following his sports career, Malcolm obtained his Missouri Real Estate License and became a small business owner.

Malcolm’s drive is now focused on building his knowledge in commercial real estate and becoming the best property manager with Copaken Brooks.
Malcolm is currently pursuing his Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation with the Building Owners and Managers International (BOMI) as well as his KS real estate License.
