Lonny is a central figure in the ongoing success of Lenexa City Center, where he oversees the master association and manages all office, retail, and medical office assets within the development. His responsibilities span coordination across multiple ownership groups, tenant relations, vendor management, budgeting, and long-term capital planning, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience across the entire mixed-use environment. His leadership has been instrumental in stabilizing and maintaining one of the region’s most prominent and dynamic developments.

Lonny has a seasoned background in commercial property management, having overseen millions of square feet of assets including downtown high-rise office buildings, suburban office properties, retail centers, and condominium associations. He is experienced in all aspects of property operations, including lease negotiations, vendor management, budgeting, capital planning, supervision of maintenance and engineering teams, and coordination of tenant improvement projects.

In addition to his property management experience, Lonny brings a diverse professional background, including roles in operations management, insurance and investment advisory, and business ownership. He also owns and manages rental property, further strengthening his owner focused perspective.
