BIOGRAPHY
Keena wears two hats with Copaken Brooks: She is the property manager for Copaken Brooks self-storage operation in the underground; Smart Storage. In this role, Keena is responsible for managing 600 Smart Storage units which is comprised of 400 self-storage unites and 200 parking units. Smart Storage represents 25% of the 804,157 SF underground facility and generates over 1.2 million dollars annually for the property. Keena also represents CBDI properties as the assistant property manager. CBDI is comprised of various notable industrial, office, and land spaces including Cambridge Crest, Imperial Crossing, Downtown Underground, Holly House, Downtown Business park, and Smart Storage KC.
Keena comes from Dean Realty Co as a marketing and leasing assistant. She was responsible for the production of company collateral materials, coordinating information with Dean’s IT and web development companies, supporting the efforts of the company’s leasing managers and contributing the overall company projects. Keena’s organizational skills and ability to multitask allow her to effectively make decisions for each portfolio and reach the best results.
Keena holds a Bachelor of Business Management degree from the University of Phoenix. She is excited to hit the ground running and deliver successful results in her day-to-day property management initiatives.
