National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) Selects Copaken Brooks’ Eleven Eleven Main as Location for Future-Focused Office Space Transformation

 In Press

Kansas City, Mo. — Copaken Brooks, a leading full-service commercial real estate firm, is thrilled to announce that the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) has chosen to remain in Eleven Eleven Main (formerly known as Town Pavilion) and re-envision its office space. With approximately 109,000 RSF across floors 4 and 8-11, the new space will help the NAIC continue to recruit and retain top talent.

The space will be completely renovated to create a modern, high-tech work environment that caters to the needs of the NAIC. Copaken Brooks is heavily involved on the property and construction management side of the transaction, ensuring that every detail will be addressed to exceed the expectations of the NAIC. The team has worked to create a space that balances state-of-the-art technology with the unique character of the Skyline Collection.

“We are delighted to be a part of the Skyline Collection community and have as our headquarters the iconic Eleven Eleven Main,” said Andrew J. Beal, NAIC Acting Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer. “As we embark on this next chapter, we look forward to transforming this space into our very own creative and innovative hub.”

Senior Vice President of Copaken Brooks Ryan Biery echoed this sentiment. “This partnership allows the NAIC to put the needs of their associates at the forefront. It will be exciting to see how the remodeled space elevates the employee experience.” Biery represented 1111 Main and the Skyline Collection alongside CBRE’s Rollie Fors and Brice Shamberger.

The NAIC was represented by the Colliers International team of Sven Sykes, Tom Volini, and Bryan Johnson, who each played an integral role in the selection process. Copaken Brooks is excited to see yet another tenant investing in the Skyline Collection and looks forward to continuing their partnership with the NAIC.
