Blake Marsh is a Property Manager at Copaken Brooks, where he manages the day to day operations of the CBDI portfolio, a diverse collection of commercial properties that includes Cambridge Business Park, Downtown Business Park, and Downtown Underground. The portfolio consists of approximately 30 buildings and more than 1.6 million square feet of warehouse, light industrial, office, and underground space.

In his role, Blake oversees property operations, tenant relations, building maintenance and improvements, vendor coordination, and financial performance. He works closely with tenants, ownership, leasing, accounting, maintenance teams, and outside partners to address property needs, support tenant retention, and maintain the overall performance and appearance of the portfolio.

Blake brings extensive business operations and customer service experience to property management. Before relocating to Kansas City in 2022, he spent many years in the lawn and landscape industry in Central Illinois, serving as Vice President of his family owned and operated company. His responsibilities included business operations, team leadership, customer relationships, and service delivery. Following the sale of the company, Blake moved to Kansas City and worked in residential real estate with Keller Williams before transitioning into commercial property management.

Blake earned a degree in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Illinois State University, where he also played club baseball. Outside of work, he enjoys attending sporting events, staying active, and spending time at the lake with family and friends.
