Tiffany joined the Copaken Brooks team in May 2017 with more than five years of non-profit management experience with Habitat for Humanity. She is a client-focused problem solver, with a successful history of exceptional results. In her most-recent role at Habitat for Humanity, she oversaw a $14 million portfolio of loans from start to finish, acting as a resource for families participating in the program. During her tenure, she saw a decrease in delinquencies on loans from 35 to 4 percent through policy implementation and effective communication. She also helped implement the Home Preservation and Financial Literacy programs for the organization.
Tiffany leverages her problem solving ability and her focus on details to ensure her portfolio of properties is managed to the highest potential. She assists with day-to-day operations at Plaza Colonnade, Market Square, Colonial Shops and SMG building. Tiffany is also a graduate of the REAP (Real Estate Associate Professional) Program, a national program that serves as a bridge between talented minority professionals and commercial real estate companies looking for talent.
