The San Francisco Towers building is one of tallest in the city at 32 stories and includes 135 luxury condominiums. Copaken Brooks has managed the San Francisco Towers since 2016. It’s in a convenient location with underground access to Crown Center shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Amenities include Conference Room, Fitness Center, Pool, Tennis Court, Business Center, Clubroom, Pet Park, Outdoor Lounge, and Roof Deck.

SITUATION

The HOA Board at San Francisco Tower, a highrise luxury condo property in Kansas City, Mo., had considered a change in management for more than a year. The board had lost confidence in their existing management provider due to a lack of financial transparency and trust that the manager was advocating for their best interests.
