Massive Savings At The San Francisco Tower

 In Case Studies

The San Francisco Towers building is one of tallest in the city at 32 stories and includes 135 luxury condominiums. Copaken Brooks has managed the San Francisco Towers since 2016. It’s in a convenient location with underground access to Crown Center shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Amenities include Conference Room, Fitness Center, Pool, Tennis Court, Business Center, Clubroom, Pet Park, Outdoor Lounge, and Roof Deck.

The HOA Board at San Francisco Tower, a highrise luxury condo property in Kansas City, Mo., had considered a change in management for more than a year. The board had lost confidence in their existing management provider due to a lack of financial transparency and trust that the manager was advocating for their best interests.

The Copaken Brooks condo management team was selected after a competitive bid process and immediately demonstrated our expertise in transitioning from an incumbent manager and onboarding a new property into our portfolio. Our tested and proprietary processes and tools allowed us to quickly assess the current situation and make recommendations for improvements.

Within the first 90 days, Copaken Brooks performed a thorough property condition assessment and benchmarked current and anticipated costs against the market. We were able to secure between 20-40 percent in savings related to elevator maintenance, custodial maintenance, landscape management and security.

“So far, Copaken Brooks has demonstrated they do what they say they will do. We have already seen significant changes and we are very happy with our decision. I would highly recommend this firm.”
– Chris Becicka, President, San Francisco Tower Condominium Association
