Core Values
There are many capable and qualified real estate providers in today’s marketplace that say they can handle your needs and it seems like every firm uses similar descriptions and adjectives to describe what they do. We feel who we are says as much about us as the services we can provide or the experiences we have dealt with.
Strong Integrity
C-B’s culture is an important foundation of who we are. We hold ourselves to high ethical standards and expect those with whom we do business to do so as well. Our culture, whether with owners, clients, tenants or employees, is to operate in a win-win style. We operate on a first name, collegial and respectful basis, where collaboration is a key philosophy.
Atmosphere of Excellence
At C-B, we strive for excellence in everything we do. We hire the best people, invest in the best technology and work diligently for our client's interest. We realize that in today’s marketplace, finding quality people is a key element of success and we work hard to be sure C-B’s culture is rewarding – both financially and professionally – for our associates in order to exceed the client's goals and objectives.
Managing With An Owner's Mentality
C-B (the management, leasing and development company) does not generally hold an ownership position in the properties we operate. However, principals in C-B usually do hold ownership positions in these properties. Whether the principals of C-B are owners or not, this fiduciary responsibility to lease, manage and make decisions associated with these properties is treated as if it is "our own money."
Building Strong Relationships
Throughout everything C-B does in real estate, we have found that the quality relationships that we have forged and nurtured over the years prove to be the most beneficial and rewarding. We are continually looking to strengthen our existing relationships as well as explore new opportunities with clients and institutions that have similar goals and objectives.
History as a Civic Partner
At C-B we view community involvement as an integral part of who we are as a firm. Community involvement is imperative because it enables C-B to: (1) give back to the community; (2) forge relationships with key decision makers; (3) understand the forces that are at play in the community; and (4) develop additional business opportunities for our clients.
